You can add themes to wordpress manually or from your wordpress admin control panel.

Via the control panel:
1. Log into your WordPress site
2. Select "Appearance" - "Add New Themes"
3. Set the search dropdown to "Term"
4. Enter the theme you want in the box provided
5. Select "Search"
6. When you find the theme you want, select "Install"

The theme should install and be available for activation under "Appearance" - "Themes" once it is done downloading.

Manual Install:
1. Download the theme you want
2. Extract your theme
3. Upload the theme to your wp-content/themes directory

Once uploaded, you should see the theme under "Appearance" - "Themes" in your WordPress control panel.

If a theme doesn't display:
You probably uploaded the wrong folder. The theme folder is the one with a style.css file in it. Occasionally, theme creators package their themes strangely. Just find the folder with style.css in it and upload that folder to /wp-content/themes on your server.
