		<description>Well not direct but you should be avle to get some screen cast or screen capture software.  (i dont have any suggestions at the moment but there are open source/ freeware ones out there.)  You could set it up to record your whole screen aswell as tell it what type of format to save to and tell it to record output sound not input (or both).  Alot of people use this for the youtube tutorials or when they record pc games.  Basicly you could find the software, install it, start the recording, start music and make predestination full screen.  then what you are done just stop the recording and trim it to your start stop points and there you go your own video.</description>
