So, where exactly is the ftp client supposed to navigate to? I don’t know anything about a server. All I have is a wordpress account, default blog and my favourite theme.

Appreciate if anyone can enlighten me?

I just posted a video response on how to install a WordPress Theme on the version 2.6 of WordPress.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks Steve for the quick and easy video guide. I’m using a new version of WordPress so the navigation was slightly different but still easy enough.

    TheRealTickedOffTony,
The version of WordPress this video refers to is like 1.5 or something equally as old. That is why I added the video response (above in the video response area) which covers version 2.6 and you are correct in that newer versions of WordPress do not have any Presentation Tabs.

Oh, and there is a kinda large clickable button on the video itself that mentions the newer version video.

    Thanks for the comment.

I’m unable to read any of the text. A higher quality video would help.

    Hello centure7,

This video is for a very old WP version. The pop-up on the left side should be clicked on to take you to a newer tutorial for a newer version of WP.

You might find the quality of the video as well as the quality of the content to be more to your liking.

Please let me know if this helps. If you are working with the latest version of WordPress and require Theme install instructions, just let me know and I’ll post a new video.

    Thank you for your comment
