is there an easy way to post mp3 to wordpress.org via email?

I am trying to post mp3 to my wordpress.org via email, as I get them. Is there an easy way to do this? Any suggested plugins I should you?

    You could allow people to sign up as Contributes and they can upload mp3’s to your website themselves.
