Subscription/Newsletter Plugin for WordPress?
I am currently using the WP Email Capture plugin ( http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-email-capture/ ) but it doesn’t include options to specify multiple landing pages and/or automatic downloads (which is what I’m really trying to do). My client needs that and I’m not finding any plugins that aren’t designed for blog post updates. Help?

It sounds like what you need is an E-mail marketing service.
Most web publishers these days use Aweber for their Subscription/Newsletter needs. There are other services available, however Aweber seems to be the most popular.

Packages start with 500 subscribers, and you can scale up from there as the subscriber base increases.
Maybe you can try this plugin instead: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/g-lock-double-opt-in-manager ???
