I’ve seriously scoured my wordpress dashboard trying to figure out how to install plugins and can’t for the life of me figure it out! Help would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve started blogging on Wordpress and want to add a couple plugins, but can’t figure out where in the dashboard to upload them. Where’s the correct place to navigate to? Does anyone know a dumbed down process for this? Thanks!
I wanted to enable javascript coding for my wordpress blog and I had to download a plugin. I went to the administration panels and I could not find the plugin tab. Where is the plugin tab and how do I get it on my dashboard?
This beginner-level WordPress tutorial shows you how to use the new WordPress version 2.7 Dashboard, also called the WordPress site administration “back-end” or editing interface. It’s a very basic introduction to new features of the Dashboard like drag and drop admin modules (boxes of content), how to open and close module windows and menu options – very cool! – how to collapse and expand sidebar menus, and how to hide or show individual modules throughout the Dashboard. In my dashboard when I click the appearance function, my themes show as blank squares with a little red "x" in the upper left corner. My tool bar does the same thing when logged in under wp admin. Spell check, etc. are all blank.
