What is the best wordpress plugin for images?

Hi there – I run a wordpress blog and when I upload images, it’s a total pain to re-size them in the "manage post" section (especially for very large images). I usually end up resizing them and then uploading them. I would prefer to just upload the full size image, but haven’t found an easy to use plugin. Other than the flickr plugins, has anyone had good experience with any wordpress plugins for images?

I have used many of them, and the best is the Flickr Photo Album plugin from silaspartners.

You can see it in action at http://cafeagape.org/photoalbum/

Basically, you upload the full res photos to flickr.com (a yahoo service) and they automatically appear in the album.

It also gives you a bar right below the post/page editor to insert the pics into your posts (it also automatically links them to your photo album)
It also has a sidebar widget to display random photos…
Best of all the images load from Flickr servers, giving your users a much faster browsing experience.
Feel free to contact me if you need any help with it!
