Why isn't plugins tab showing on WordPress dashboard?
I want to upload this "simpleviewer" plug-in so people can a gallery of my artwork. Well turns out when I was watching the Wordpress plugin tutorial on Youtube everyone is saying the "plugin" tab isn’t on the left side of the page. What is going on?

Are you using wordpress.com? If so, you do not have the ability to install plugins, and it will not show in your wordpress backend.
