I need an alternative to the Adobe CS. Free and open source is preferred. I’m mainly looking for something to edit flash files since I already have Aptana in place of Dreamweaver. If you have a link to download that would be great.

What is a good open source help desk system?
Hello,
I do tech support for a small buisness in CA. I am thinking of using a help desk system that can be accessed by other employees. I would like to manage technical support issues, contact system, notes, maybe even a calander.
What do you think is a good system? I want open source first to test the waters and make sure the system will be used. If so I will then switch to a full help desk system.

What are the open source tools available to check C code?
I have bulk of C code and I am currently told to audit the code.
For example:
1. check the un initialized variables
2. called ‘malloc’ but not called ‘free’ to free that memory space
3. security vulnerabilities
4. common programming mistakes etc….
I might not listed all possible things here,
but helper please keep similar points that will help to audit the C code
and suggest me good open source tool.
Also they can suggest me some links describing what are to be checked while auditing the code.
Is there an open source program that easily uploads a phpBB message board?
I’m computer illiterate but am needing to put together a message board. Is there an easy to use program, open source, where you can just plug in the info, folders, script, etc. and the program does the rest, uploading it to the appropriate website?

In layman's terms, what is the "open source" movement and what does it aim to change about today's society?
So what is the "open source movement"? The little snippets of information that I’ve managed to gather tell me that the proponents of the open source movement want the right to be able to modify and redistribute software as they wish. So does this mean that they’re unsupportive of the current software copyright laws?
