How do I number rows in an Open Office /Microsoft word table?

Hello everybody, I am trying to create a signature list for a petition with 4 columns and 300 rows. It would be very helpful if at the begining of the row would be consecutive numbers so that one can see how many signatures have accumulated already. Any idea how to enable that feature in Open office or Microsoft word?

How to use open office slide maker (presentation)?

I’ve recently downloaded open office and made 1 presentation slide.

The problem is when I open the slide it doesn’t go straight to the presentation (as viewed by a third party), instead it just open up in the editing section.

I don’t want to keep pressing F5 to view my slide, I want to access my slide straightaway anytime I open the saved file and how do I do it?
