Does anyone know where I can learn CSS? I’m trying to build my own website and I know a little bit about CSS but I need to know more.
I want to alter a premade wordpress theme and without knowing any CSS its hard to alter it.
If there is a website where I could learn this stuff, that would be great since my budget is close to nil.

Do you write WordPress blogs on http://www.wordpress.org or do you download the WordPress files and upload it to your own Website. In other words, is WordPress usable only on your own Website?
