I need a good software to make a wordpress theme for my website. I don’t want to use those free themes on the internet, so I need a software which can give me the the most of the ability to creat my ‘dream’ wordpress template.

I’ve heard of Dreamweaver, durpal and joomla. I think joomla is an operator just like wordpress (not sure). please share me your advice.
